Biography

Jocelyn works with Boards and senior teams, developing and delivering customer-centric transformational programmes and strategic change for multi-national companies and public sector organizations.

Her Commercial directorships have been with MP Group, Royal Armouries, and Calmac Ferries. Jocelyn orchestrated E.ON Energy’s global customer experience change programme and is currently National Grid’s Director of Customer Experience and Stakeholder.
