Biography

Jonathan James is an Environmental Health practitioner by background and has had the unique experience over the past 25 years of working within a cross section of public sector roles spanning a range of service areas including strategy development, programme and project management, customer service and operational management.

Since 2004 he has successfully led significant organisational and cultural change and promotes the use of LEAN business process review techniques to successfully achieve efficiency savings and improve customer service. At Cambridge City Council he has been leading, managing and delivering channel shift as well as a corporate cultural shift to focus on the customer and deliver end to end services at the point of contact at its customer contact centre.
