Nick is responsible for Mitel’s Private Sector Vertical Sales team in the UK, and also heads up Mitel’s Retail practice working with teams within Mitel and Partners to support customers in the UK Private Sector helping shape and define both their current and future Communications requirements.

Nick sees his priority is to understand customers’ retail business, needs and priorities, and deliver solutions geared specifically to their unique requirements.

Mitel announced in February 2017 the addition of more than one million new cloud subscribers in 2016, tipping its cloud business past the three million user mark to reach another industry milestone. The company still holds the lead in business cloud communications with more than twice the number of subscribers as its nearest competitor.
